Scott Bradlee spent 2014 creating viral videos. With Postmodern Jukebox he creates jazz club versions of pop songs. Some are good, many terrible. No Diggity is always good (here). See them all.

3. Dinosaur Jr - Fade Into You (Mazzy Star)

The Mazzy Star original is just about the cruisiest song ever. The Dinosaur Jr version is faithful to the original and I love it (here). 

2. The Smith Street Band - History Eraser (Courtney Barnett)

The Smith Street Band are great and Courtney Barnett songs are brilliant. This cover done for triple j like version (here).

Today's 'slacker hero' takes on a 90's classic. Pretty much perfect.

Beyond the title I can't recognise any of the original in this. Pretty much a J Spaceman original. (link)

Dinosaur Jr. kept the originals lyrics but in every other way this could be a J Mascis original. (link)

2. Ms Mr - Dance Yrself Clean(LCD Soundsystem)

This nostalgia hit started life as a 'like a version' cover, the band liked it so decided it was good they recoded and released a studio version. (link)
